Role Overview:<br>We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping function of a 5-star luxury property in Riyadh. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest experience across all rooms and public areas, while driving team performance, quality control, and operational excellence.<br>Key Responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, suites, public areas, back-of-house, and staff accommodation (if applicable). Ensure 5-star cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained and exceeded. Coordinate daily room status updates with Front Office to support smooth check-ins/outs and VIP readiness. Lead effective planning for high occupancy periods, events, and peak seasons. Manage, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team including supervisors, attendants, and linen runners. Set clear daily priorities, conduct briefings, allocate staffing, and ensure productivity targets are met. Monitor performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions where needed. Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and ongoing skills development. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas using luxury service checklists. Manage guest feedback/complaints related to housekeeping with speed, professionalism, and root-cause resolution. Ensure VIP and special-request rooms are prepared to the highest standard with attention to detail. Maintain full compliance with health, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards aligned with luxury hospitality norms and local regulations. Work closely with Laundry (internal/outsourced) to maintain linen quality, turnaround times, and replacement planning. Collaborate with Engineering/Maintenance on room defects, preventive maintenance, and out-of-order room follow-up. Coordinate with Security and other departments for lost & found processes and guest/property safety. Partner with F&B and Events teams for set-ups, special functions, and VIP arrangements.<br><br>Candidate Profile (Requirements) Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort. Strong leadership, team management, and quality inspection expertise. Solid understanding of luxury housekeeping standards, SOPs, and guest service excellence. Strong knowledge of hygiene, HSE compliance, and chemical safety. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume operations. Experience in large facilities / luxury hospitality is highly preferred. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
