The Operations Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the operation of all facility systems and coordinating maintenance-related activities at the Primary Nursery Facility in NEOM. The role will also oversee the delivery of support services, including Janitorial, Horticulture, Pest Control, Waste Management, and Office Services. The Operations Engineer will ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electro-mechanical systems, monitor service provider performance, ensure compliance with operational KPIs, resolve customer complaints, and continuously identify opportunities to improve facility performance, energy efficiency, and end-user satisfaction.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Supervise and coordinate the daily operation of all MEP and electro-mechanical systems at the Primary Nursery Facility. Monitor and control equipment including MCCs, pumps, VFDs, fans, instrumentation, emergency generators, AHUs, chillers, and related systems. Plan operational activities, establish priorities, and coordinate maintenance and project-related works.
