The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural works and ensuring that construction is carried out in accordance with approved designs, drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.</span></p><br><p><span>The role will involve close coordination with the contractor, consultant, and other engineering disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of architectural works throughout the project.</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Supervise and monitor architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.</span></li><li><span>Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, samples, method statements, and technical submissions.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, and other disciplines.</span></li><li><span>Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of architectural works.</span></li><li><span>Review and respond to RFIs, technical queries, and architectural-related issues.</span></li><li><span>Identify design and construction issues and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.</span></li><li><span>Ensure that materials, finishes, and workmanship comply with approved specifications and quality standards.</span></li><li><span>Review mock-ups, samples, and finishes and ensure they meet the approved design intent.</span></li><li><span>Monitor contractor compliance with approved architectural details and construction methodologies.</span></li><li><span>Participate in technical and coordination meetings with the contractor, consultant, and project team.</span></li><li><span>Review architectural drawings and documentation and ensure proper coordination between design and site requirements.</span></li><li><span>Monitor architectural works against the project programme and highlight potential delays or issues.</span></li><li><span>Review as-built drawings and ensure that architectural documentation is properly maintained and updated.</span></li><li><span>Provide technical guidance and support to the project team on architectural matters.</span></li><li><span>Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi Building Code, regulations, standards, and project specifications.</span></li></ul> <br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><p><span><span>To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10</span>+ years of relevant experience partnered with Bachelor Degree.</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering is mandatory.</span></li><li><span>Minimum 12–15 years of relevant professional experience.</span></li><li><span>Strong experience in large-scale building, mixed-use, hospitality, sports, training, education, or similar complex developments.</span></li><li><span>Experience in architectural site supervision and construction management.</span></li><li><span>Previous experience working with a consultant, PMC, or supervision consultant is highly preferred.</span></li><li><span>Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is preferred.</span></li><li><span>Strong knowledge of architectural construction, materials, finishes, detailing, and coordination.</span></li><li><span>Good understanding of structural and MEP coordination within building projects.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with relevant Saudi codes, standards, and authority requirements.</span></li><li><span>Strong knowledge of reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.</span></li></ul> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
