Ensure designs comply with the Saudi Building Code, municipal requirements, and applicable architectural regulations. Coordinate with engineering, development, and project teams to ensure designs are practical, coordinated, and buildable. Coordinate with external consultants when required and review their deliverables to ensure alignment with the company's design vision and project requirements. Contribute to developing a distinctive architectural and design identity for the company's residential projects.<br>Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.4–5 years of professional experience in architectural design. Strong experience in residential architectural design and development projects, preferably within a real estate development environment. Proven ability to develop an architectural concept and design from scratch, rather than simply executing or modifying pre-existing designs. Strong creative thinking, architectural sense, and visual design skills. ABOUT THE JOB<br>We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh. This opportunity lies within our Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in working on Civil Engineering and Transportation projects, particularly those involving roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels in urban environments.
