General Administrative Responsibilities • Maintain the company's paper and electronic filing systems, statutory records, registers, and documentation archives, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and up to date. • Coordinate with government platforms and service portals (such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, Etimad, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce, and ZATCA) regarding routine requests, renewals, and status tracking. • Support administrative human resources procedures, including onboarding documents, attendance and leave records, and maintaining employee files. • Act as a point of contact for official incoming correspondence, couriers, and official notices addressed to the company, and route them to the relevant department without delay. • Perform any other reasonable administrative or procedural tasks assigned by the General Manager, commensurate with the employee's qualifications, provided they do not conflict with the independence and priority of the Compliance and AML function.<br> 5. <strong>Job Purpose:</strong><br>To monitor and organize door and kitchen installation processes, coordinating between installation teams, customers, and relevant departments to ensure projects are executed on time and to the required quality standards.<br><br><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Monitor the installation schedule and ensure works are completed according to the specified timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with installation teams and customers to schedule site visits and installations.</li><li>Track the status of each project from the stage of order readiness through to installation and handover.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales, site surveying, production, warehouse, and customer service departments.</li><li>Verify site and material readiness before dispatching installation teams.</li><li>Supervise installation work and ensure all punch list items are closed and re-installations are performed when necessary.</li><li>Receive and handle customer complaints and feedback related to installations.</li><li>Track delays, escalate obstacles to management, and work towards resolving them.</li><li>Continuously update project and order statuses in the system.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on completion rates, delayed installations, and open issues.</li><li>Monitor installation teams to ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate final handovers and project closures after addressing all observations.</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><ul><li>Two or more years of experience in installation or project follow-up.</li><li>Experience in the doors, kitchens, or finishing industry is preferred.</li><li>Strong skills in follow-up, coordination, and schedule management.</li><li>Ability to interact with customers and work teams and solve problems.</li><li>Proficiency in using Excel and ERP / Odoo systems.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and orders simultaneously.</li><li>Previous experience in the Saudi market is preferred.</li></ul>
