Ensure compliance with security standards and practices in all Pega applications. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega development and implementation. Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and working experience with Pega 8. x versions. Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega BPM and Case Management capabilities. Familiarity with integration techniques within Pega, including REST and SOAP APIs. Solid understanding of various Pega rules, data types, and user interface components. Proficiency in configuring Pega security, user roles, and access controls. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members. Pega certification (PCSA or higher) is highly desirable. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Constellation Architecture experience is highly recommended. Arabic speaking is a plus. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Assist with the construction day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and performance in accordance with project specification and budget.   • Supervise and lead a team of welding workers and supervisors in ensuring all welding activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.   • Assist in PQR and WQT for the project by communication with all related stakeholders.  • Ensure pre and post heating requirements are carried out based on material thickness, grade, and requirements.   • Carry out inspections as well as resolving and monitoring welding and rectification works.  • Ensure inventory of consumables is always maintained at required level.   • Study construction drawings and plan welding sequence in conjunction with KPI plan   • Facilitate weekly schedule coordination meetings with all subcontractor foremen to outline requirements of  work completion, and other issues as may be required including but not limited to manpower requirements,  interference coordination, inspections, and sequence of work. Distribute three-week look ahead schedules and  communicate schedule requirements with all subcontractors.   • Maintain a high-level control around the cost of all construction consumables and equipment utilized during the construction works.   • Implement, monitor, and drive the project schedule. Promptly notify management team of schedule and performance issues, be proactive in anticipating potential problems that may impact the project performance.  • Ensure that HSEQ regulations and rig building job certifications are communicated to the project team on a regular basis.   • Identify the work priorities, focus on the critical path, analyze the work problems in writing with own problem-solving mentality, accurate supervision, decision-maker with a strong convincing personality, full readiness with  'Plan B' for any unexpected issues.  • Oversee delivery of all Inspection Test Records (ITR’s) under the relevant discipline by effectively delegating to the foreman and chargehands. <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> الغرض من الوظيفة / الهدف يقوم مهندس الإنتاج، اللحام بتنسيق ودعم جميع أنشطة اللحام والبناء للمشروعات الجديدة للسفينة/المنصة، بما في ذلك إعداد حزم العمل، التخطيط اليومي للوظائف، والتواصل بين الأقسام لضمان إتمام المشروع بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد. المسؤوليات الرئيسية • المساعدة في عمليات البناء اليومية لضمان الكفاءة والأداء وفقاً للمواصفات المشروع والميزانية.   • الإشراف وقيادة فريق من عمال اللحام والمشرفين لضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة اللحام وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير الصناعية.   • المساعدة في PQR وWQT للمشروع من خلال التواصل مع جميع الأطراف ذات الصلة.  • ضمان تنفيذ متطلبات ما قبل وبعد التسخين وفقاً لسماكة المادة ودرجةها والمتطلبات.   • إجراء عمليات التفتيش وكذلك حل ومراقبة أعمال اللحام والتصحيح.  • ضمان الحفاظ على مخزون استهلاكات في المستوى المطلوب دائماً.   • دراسة رسومات الإنشاء وتخطيط تسلسلات اللحام بالتزامن مع خطة KPI   • تيسير اجتماعات تنسيق الجدول الأسبوعي مع جميع رؤساء المقاولين الفرعيين لتحديد متطلبات  إتمام الأعمال، وغيرها من القضايا حسب الحاجة بما في ذلك لكن ليس محدوداً إلى متطلبات القوى العاملة، وتنسيق التداخلات، والتفتيش، وتسلسل العمل. توزيع جداول نظرة ثلاثية الأسابيع والتواصل بمتطلبات الجدول مع جميع المقاولين الفرعيين.   • الحفاظ على رقابة عالية المستوى حول تكلفة جميع مواد الاستهلاك والمعدات المستخدمة خلال أعمال الإنشاء.   • تنفيذ ومتابعة ودفع جدول المشروع. إخطار فريق الإدارة فوراً بمشاكل الجدول والأداء، وأن تكون مبادرًا في توقع المشاكل المحتملة التي قد تؤثر على أداء المشروع. • التأكد من أن لوائح HSEQ وشهادات بناء rig يتم التواصل بها إلى فريق المشروع بشكل منتظم.   • تحديد أولويات العمل، والتركيز على المسار الحرج، وتحليل مشاكل العمل كتابيًا بعقلية حل المشاكل الخاصة، وإشراف دقيق، واتخاذ القرار بشخصية مقنعة قوية، مع جاهزية كاملة بـ "الخطة ب" لأي مسائل غير متوقعة.  • الإشراف على تسليم جميع سجلات الاختبار والفحص (ITR’s) تحت الاختصاص المعني من خلال تفويض فعال للمشرف وعمال الحراسة. يجب أن يتم التعامل مع ذلك مع تركيز عالي على الواجهة والتنسيق مع جميع إشراف التخصصات الأخرى لإزالة جميع العوائق من تحقيق التواريخ المستهدفة.  المؤهلات والخبرة التعليم • شهادة الهندسة الجامعية أو ما يعادلها. المؤهلات المهنية (الشهادات والاعتمادات) • شهادة 3G و4G و6G مفضلة. اللغة: الإنجليزية  </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">المرشح المفضل</h2> <div class="row is-m v-align-top t-small bg-mute"> <div class="col is-3 p5" data-automation-id="label_Years_of_experience"> سنوات الخبرة </div> <div class="col is-9 p5" data-automation-id="data_Years_of_experience"> لا يوجد خبرة مطلوبة</div> </div> <div class="row is-m v-align-top t-small "> <div class="col is-3 p5" data-automation-id="label_Degree"> الدرجة العلمية </div> <div class="col is-9 p5" data-automation-id="data_Degree"> بكالوريوس الهندسة / دبلوم عالي</div> </div>
