<span>The Associate Storekeeper / Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory while ensuring accurate stock records and efficient warehouse operations.<br> The role supports the smooth movement of materials by following established safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.<br> Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.<br> Store materials in designated locations following warehouse layout and storage standards.<br> Pick, pack, and issue materials accurately according to approved requests.<br> Perform inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS system and maintain accurate stock records.<br> Conduct routine cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory activities.<br> Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.<br> Ensure proper labeling, identification, and traceability of inventory.<br> Load and unload deliveries using appropriate material handling equipment, where authorized.<br> Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with 5S standards.<br> Follow company safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).<br> Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is an advantage.<br> 0 –4 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory operations.<br> Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.<br> Forklift certification is an advantage (where applicable).<br> Skills & Competencies Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.<br> Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.<br> Good organizational and time management skills.<br> Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<br> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<br> Good communication and teamwork skills.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
