The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing MEP systems and equipment to ensure business continuity, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.<br>Key Roles & Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, pumps, motors, lighting, control panels, water supply, and drainage systems. Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimize equipment downtime. Install, replace, and upgrade MEP equipment and components as required. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new MEP systems during facility upgrades and expansion projects. Monitor the performance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards related to MEP maintenance. Maintain maintenance records and report equipment failures and completed work.
