We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join a PIF manufacturing organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead product development and industrialization activities, transforming engineering concepts into high-quality, manufacturable products while driving innovation, technical excellence, and operational performance.<br>The successful candidate will lead a small team of engineers and work closely with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Materials, Quality, and Testing teams to ensure successful product development, validation, and production readiness.<br>Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the Product Development team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day leadership.
