and workflows using tools such as Airtable (or equivalent project management platforms).</p><br><p>• Working knowledge of budget tracking and financial processes, with experience using SAP or similar ERP systems to support budget oversight, updates, and reporting.</p><br><p>• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across Marketing, Conference, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Procurement.</p><br><p>• Experience supporting data consolidation, analytics, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency for management and stakeholder updates.</p><br><p>• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments and external partners.</p><br><p>• Experience managing suppliers and agencies from an
