About the Role<br>The Senior Software Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of a software development project, with proven experience in managing ERP development or implementation initiatives.<br>Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of the project, from planning and requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineers, business analysts, QA, and integration specialists. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Apply Agile/Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
