Our client, a leading mining and geological services provider, is inviting applications for the position of Exploration Director, based at their Head Office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.<br>Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Exploration Director will lead and expand the mineral exploration consulting business across Saudi Arabia and international markets. This executive position is responsible for technical governance, strategic business development, multi-disciplinary team leadership, and managing high-level client relationships.<br>Key Scope & Accountabilities Strategic Business Development: Drive commercial growth, define market strategy, and expand the consulting service portfolio across exploration, resource evaluation, geotechnical, and environmental/ESG services. Candidates whose experience is limited exclusively to owner-operator or mining companies without consulting leadership experience will not qualify.<br>Candidate Profile & Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Science in Geology, Economic Geology, Geological Engineering, or a related discipline (Master of Science preferred). Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive mineral exploration experience, including at least 8 to 10 years within a reputable geological or mining consulting firm. Professional Registration: Active registration as a Professional Geologist or equivalent (e.g., P. Geo., CGeol, Pr. Sci. Nat., Aus IMM, SME) is highly desirable.
