<p>SMCC is a leading pioneer company for trading and contracting in waterproofing and concrete repairing field since 2007 in KSA, moreover it has a buildings construction division for three years now. Meanwhile the company is targeting to expand to cover all wide ranges in the kingdom using its skilled engineers and execution team specially in our field of expertise which is but not limited to:</p><p>1. Waterproofing Systems</p><p>2. Thermal Insulations</p><p>3. Concrete Repair & Rehabilitation</p><p>4. Construction of buildings.</p><p>5. Coating Systems.</p><p>6. Fireproofing Systems.</p><p>7. Flooring systems. <br><br>We are hiring now qualified Sales Engineers to achieve the above-mentioned company target. Accordingly, job applicants shall be fulfilling the following with minimum three years’ experience: <br>Job Description and Tasks:</p><p>1) Searching for and meeting with clients and providing quotations and technical proposals required for waterproofing and thermal insulation projects and other company specialties.</p><p>2) Specifying of suitable systems for waterproofing and concrete repairing and proposing quotations for the clients.</p><p>3) Contracting and negotiating with clients to secure waterproofing, thermal insulation, concrete repair, and epoxy flooring …etc., projects contracts for the company.</p><p>4) Preparing invoices based on executed works in coordination with execution department and following of cash collection.</p><p>5) Advising consultants for the waterproofing and concrete repairing suitable systems. <br>6) Delivering an exceptional level of service to each customer by listening to concerns and answering questions.</p><p>7) Interacting with problematic accounts, helping to build lasting rapport and boosting revenue opportunities.</p><p>8) Consulting with waterproofing and concrete repairing and flooring specialists to establish new business partnerships through exploratory and informative meetings focused on value and benefits of company solutions.</p><p>9) To Achieve contracts and collection company target as per company policy.</p><p>10) To coordinate between clients and execution team to maintain client’s satisfaction. </p><p> </p><p> <br>Required Skills: </p><p>Excellent Arabic and English language (spoken and written).</p><p>Excellent computer skills (Office – adobe- Internet – online meetings- emails). Driving. Speaking eloquently and being persuasive.</p><p>performance report preparation. Academic qualification: -</p><p>Bachelor of civil or architectural Engineering.</p>
