<p>Assist the anesthesia provider (anesthesiologist or CRNA) with equipment, medications, and supplies utilized in the course of the anesthesia provider’s practice. Provide assistance with patient care and department support activities in accordance with department standards.</p><br>

<li>Assist the attending anesthesiologist in conducting patient consultations; help to record any information concerning the patient's medical history that might be vital during the actual operation.</li>
<li>Work as an aide to the anesthesia care team, especially to the anesthesiologist.</li>
<li>Provide assistance to anesthesia team in assembling equipment and supplies for the administration of anesthesia.</li>
<li>Clean, maintain and troubleshoot the anesthesia related equipment and workroom.</li>
<li>Operate the electronic, mechanical and other technical equipment during the operation.</li>
<li>Keep all anesthesia supplies stocked and maintain the record of the anesthesia supplies used during the operation.</li>
<li>Change soda lime and compressed gas cylinders as required and replace EKG electrodes, breathing circuits and suction apparatus after each case.</li>
<li>Monitor and record of patient's vital signs including breathing, heart rhythm, temperature and blood pressure.</li>
<li>Conduct periodical inspection to check all devices are working fine and report any inconsistencies found to attending anesthesiologist immediately.</li>

Decontamination: Receives, sorts, and inspects used surgical instruments and medical equipment for decontamination. Manually cleans instruments using appropriate detergents and disinfectants. Operates and maintains decontamination equipment such as ultrasonic cleaners, washers, and disinfectors.</p><p>2. Preparation and Packaging: Assembles surgical instrument sets and medical equipment according to established protocols. Packages instruments and supplies in preparation for sterilization, ensuring proper wrapping, labeling, and documentation. Inspects instruments for damage or wear and report any issues to the line manager.</p><p>3. Sterilization: Operates sterilizers (e.g., autoclaves) according to manufacturer guidelines and Fakeeh Care policies.
