Role Description Supervise the logistics team and monitor trucks from loading through final delivery and unloading. Ensure carriers comply with truck sealing procedures to prevent tampering and maintain a 100% sealing compliance rate. Ensure the operational readiness, safety, and security of trucks and fuel tankers through regular inspections. Monitor transportation schedules and trip plans to minimize delays. Schedule all daily fuel transportation activities based on operational system requirements. Ensure the availability and readiness of internal fleet vehicles and confirm receiving sites are prepared for deliveries. Prioritize the use of Darb's fleet and engage third-party carriers only when internal vehicles are unavailable, under maintenance, or when servicing remote locations. Key Responsibilities Fleet Operations Management Manage the daily deployment and scheduling of heavy vehicles to ensure maximum fleet utilization. Assign transport requests to drivers based on location, cargo type, driver availability, and working hours. Optimize vehicle routing to minimize empty kilometers and improve operational efficiency. Monitor fleet movements in real-time using GPS tracking systems such as Wialon, Geotab, and Whats GPS. Respond promptly to operational disruptions including breakdowns, delays, road closures, and checkpoint issues. Ensure transport services meet project schedules and customer requirements.<br>Fleet Performance & Cost Control Monitor daily fuel consumption using FLS fuel monitoring systems and investigate fuel deviations. Analyze operational data to improve fuel efficiency and reduce transportation costs. Track fleet utilization, cost per kilometer, idle time, and empty mileage. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules based on mileage and manufacturer recommendations. Monitor tire performance, oil changes, filters, and other maintenance requirements to minimize unplanned downtime. The role supports the ongoing development of a diverse network of trails and adventure activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences aligned with Red Sea Sport & Entertainment standards. The Instructor works collaboratively with senior instructors, operations teams, resort colleagues, and guests, leading adventure activities while upholding the highest levels of safety, environmental stewardship, and customer service. This position is central to showcasing the destination’s natural landscape while delivering world-class adventure programming.<br>Key Responsibilities Deliver and support the operation of all inland, land-based adventure activities across The Red Sea destination. Lead guests on Akun Adventure experiences, ensuring safety, engagement, and a premium, memorable outdoor experience. Conduct clear and professional pre-activity briefings, including safety instructions, risk awareness, and experience expectations. Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, SOPs, RAMS, and emergency procedures during all activities. Educate guests on environmental awareness, conservation principles, and responsible outdoor behavior in line with RSSE sustainability values. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented approach when interacting with guests at all times. Monitor weather conditions, terrain, and guest capability, adjusting activity plans to ensure safety and experience quality. Assist with trail exploration and assessment to identify optimal routes that deliver high-end and safe adventure experiences. Support trip planning, logistics, equipment preparation, and vehicle readiness prior to and during activities. Provide feedback, operational insights, and incident reports to the Senior Instructor and RSSE management as required. Support the maintenance and care of all adventure equipment, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with safety standards. Assist in the training, mentoring, and development of Adventure Specialists and junior team members. Promote and embody the unique Red Sea service style, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences. Maintain positive and professional conduct with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders in all circumstances.<br>Policies, Systems, Processes & Reporting Comply with all RSSE and Red Sea Global policies, processes, SOPs, and operational guidelines to ensure consistent and controlled service delivery. Support the preparation of accurate and timely operational reports and MIS data in line with corporate and departmental requirements.<br>Safety, Quality & Environment Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies to ensure employee and guest safety, regulatory compliance, service excellence, and responsible environmental practices. Actively contribute to a strong safety culture by identifying hazards, reporting risks, and supporting continuous risk mitigation.<br>Continuous Improvement Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across adventure operations, systems, and guest experiences, aligned with international best practices and operational excellence.<br>Key Stakeholders Internal: Senior Instructors, Adventure Operations, RSSE Operations Teams, Resort & Hospitality Teams External: Guests, Local Authorities, Environmental & Outdoor Activity Partners<br>Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience Valid Wilderness First Aid or internationally recognized First Aid certification. Basic Land Navigation training, including natural navigation and GPS usage. Leave No Trace certification or equivalent environmental training. Search, Tracking & Operations training. Trekking / Mountain Leader certification (IFMGA, UIAA, or BMC preferred). Additional National Governing Body (NGB) certifications from accredited providers (e.g., Mountain Biking, Climbing, Archery, High Ropes, Quad Biking). Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years’ experience within the tourism, adventure, or outdoor recreation industry; experience in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.<br>Skills & Competencies Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced outdoor environment.
