Key Responsibilities:<br>Plan, coordinate and implement effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures at site level to ensure company HSE objectives are met. Provide support to departmental supervisors and field teams on all aspects of safety, occupational health and environmental issues. Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE laws and regulations; maintain and update all required records and documentation according to established guidelines. Perform regular HSE site audits and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of HSE systems, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions. Oversee the implementation of Critical Controls and Life Saving Rules (LSR) across all site operations and take immediate action on non-compliance. Track and provide regular HSE performance reports to the HSE Manager and operational management. Coordinate with client HSE requirements, consulting with the QHSE Manager to ensure alignment with client-specific expectations, audit requirements, and contractual obligations. Responsible for identifying hazardous workplace conditions and ensuring timely mitigation of health, safety and environmental risks. Conduct HSE inductions and orientation for all new employees and contractors on site. Support HSE initiatives including ISO 14001, ISO 45001 compliance activities as directed by the HSE Manager. Manage HSE statistics reporting and assist with ad-hoc HSE tasks and projects as required.<br>Qualifications & Experience:<br>Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering/Science field.
