Hiring: Key Account Manager – Construction Machinery | Quarry, Cement & Aggregates Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<br>Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to develop and manage major customers in the quarry, cement and aggregates sectors in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have proven construction machinery sales experience, strong knowledge of the Saudi construction and infrastructure market, and a track record of developing key accounts and securing equipment sales from major projects.<br>Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage key accounts across the quarry, cement and aggregates industries. Conduct regular site visits to quarries, cement plants and related industrial operations to understand equipment utilization, operational requirements and purchasing plans. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including owners, general managers, procurement managers and equipment/fleet managers. Identify opportunities for new equipment purchases, fleet expansion, equipment replacement and major projects. Track key projects and equipment purchasing/replacement requirements, and provide regular sales forecasts and market reports. Achieve assigned sales, revenue and key account development targets.<br>Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or a closely related industry. Minimum 5 years of experience with a leading construction machinery or heavy equipment manufacturer or distributor is mandatory, such as CAT, Komatsu, Doosan, or other comparable industry leaders. Proven sales experience with customers in the quarry, cement, aggregates or related industries. Demonstrated track record of successful key account and major-project sales, with representative sales cases. Existing customer relationships within the Saudi quarry, cement, aggregates or related industrial sectors are highly preferred. Strong new business development, key account management and commercial negotiation skills. Good understanding of construction machinery products and industrial customers' equipment purchasing processes. Fluent English; Arabic communication skills are preferred. Valid Saudi driving license.
