<strong>About the Role:<br><br></strong>We are looking for a HR Admin & Government Relations to join our team in Saudi Arabia, reporting directly to the HRBP.<br><br>This role is responsible for managing all government-related transactions and ensuring full compliance with local labor, immigration, and regulatory requirements. The position plays a critical role in supporting business continuity by maintaining employee documentation, managing government relations processes, monitoring Saudization requirements, and ensuring all company licenses, permits, and registrations remain valid and compliant.<br><br>Working closely with HR, Finance, employees, vendors, and government authorities, you will act as the key liaison between the company and external governmental entities, ensuring timely processing of all employees and business-related documentation.<br><br><strong>Main Responsibilities:<br><br></strong>You will be responsible for Government Relations & Immigration Manage employment visas, Iqama issuance/renewals, residency transfers, and business visas. Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, immigration processes, visa and residency management, government portals, and Saudization requirements is essential.<br><br>Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment.
