We are looking for a motivated Engineer II – Planning to join our Project Controls team. The successful candidate will support planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities across major infrastructure projects while ensuring accurate reporting and effective schedule control throughout the project lifecycle.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. <span>Role Overview We are seeking a Media Facade Engineer to support the design, coordination, construction, and commissioning of architecturally integrated LED display systems and media facade solutions for the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium.<br> The successful candidate will act as a key technical liaison between LED manufacturers, facade contractors, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of media technology within the stadium facade and building systems.<br> Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between LED manufacturers, facade contractors, architects, and other project disciplines throughout design development, construction, and commissioning phases.<br> Support the planning and delivery of multidisciplinary engineering and design workshops.<br> Participate in drawing reviews and approval processes across facade, structural, electrical, IT, and AV disciplines.<br> Assist with regulatory approvals, inspections, material reviews, and testing activities.<br> Coordinate with the Management Contractor and project teams to support site activities involving facade fabricators, specialist contractors, and structural engineers.<br> Ensure successful integration of media facade systems, including mounting structures, cabling pathways, power distribution, and data infrastructure.<br> Support the testing, commissioning, and handover of complex media distribution and content management systems.<br> Facilitate communication between contractors, consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders.<br> Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, training programs, and operational readiness activities.<br> Monitor progress and identify potential coordination issues, supporting timely resolution across disciplines.<br> Participate in international workshops, factory inspections, and material reviews as required.<br> Required QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Facade Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.<br> Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in facade engineering, unitized curtain wall systems, architectural lighting integration, or related fields.<br> Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teams on large-scale projects.<br> Familiarity with facade systems, LED display technologies, and building integration requirements.<br> Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code is preferred.<br> Technical Skills Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM), Rhino, and AutoCAD.<br> Experience with parametric design tools such as Grasshopper.<br> Familiarity with electrical, low-current, AV, and media distribution systems.<br> Strong understanding of construction documentation, coordination, and commissioning processes.<br> Languages Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.<br> Strong technical Mandarin language proficiency is required.<br> Additional Requirements Willingness and ability to travel internationally for design workshops, factory inspections, and material testing activities.<br> Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.<br> Ability to work within multidisciplinary project environments and manage multiple interfaces simultaneously.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
