Job Purpose The Customer Finance Specialist supports the Customer Finance function by managing key customer accounts, resolving deductions and claims, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of customer balances. The role acts as a key coordination point between Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance to ensure that commercial activities, trade spend claims, and customer deductions are properly validated and reconciled. The role also requires direct engagement with customers, including periodic onsite visits, to resolve disputes, review account statements, and strengthen collection and reconciliation processes. The objective is to improve cash collections, reduce overdue balances, and ensure transparency and control over trade-related financial transactions. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Collections Monitor customer balances and aging reports to ensure timely collections. Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and outstanding balances. Track payment commitments and support the collections strategy to reduce overdue receivables. Escalate high-risk or significantly overdue accounts to the Customer Finance Manager. Customer Reconciliation Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts, including invoices, payments, deductions, and credit notes. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between company records and customer statements. Work with internal teams to validate disputed transactions and ensure proper adjustments where required. Claims & Deductions Management Review and validate customer deductions related to trade promotions, rebates, or marketing activities. Coordinate with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to confirm the legitimacy of claims and supporting documentation. Track claims status and ensure timely processing of approved claims and credit notes. Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all claim-related transactions. Customer Engagement Conduct onsite customer visits when required to review outstanding balances, reconcile accounts, and resolve disputes. Maintain professional relationships with customer finance teams to facilitate faster dispute resolution and collections. Support key account reconciliation meetings and periodic financial reviews with customers. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a liaison between Customer Finance, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Customer Service to resolve financial issues impacting customer accounts. Ensure that trade activities and promotional agreements are properly documented and reflected in financial records. Support alignment between commercial agreements and financial postings. Reporting & Analysis Prepare customer aging reports and reconciliation summaries. Track trends in customer deductions, disputes, and claims. Provide insights to management on recurring issues impacting collections or claim processing. Compliance & Process Discipline Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, approval processes, and financial controls. Maintain organized records of customer reconciliations, claims documentation, and communication with customers. Support initiatives to improve AR processes, claims management, and reporting accuracy. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting Any progress on Professional Finance certifications (CMA, CPA, CFA) will be highly regarded 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Finance, or Credit Control. Experience with customer reconciliations, trade claims, and deduction management is preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and strong Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers. Supervisor – Contracts, Billing & Collections<br>Role Overview The Supervisor – Contracts, Billing & Collections reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for managing the commercial lifecycle of projects from contract award through final collection. The role ensures timely client approvals, milestone certifications, billing, collection of receivables, and resolution of commercial disputes. It also acts as the company's commercial representative until project management ownership is established, and continues supporting project teams in contractual and commercial matters.<br>Key Responsibilities Contract Handover & Project Initiation Receive project handover from Sales immediately after contract award. Review customer contracts, purchase orders, framework agreements, and commercial terms. Prepare project commercial summaries and risk assessments. <span>Job Purpose: The Director - Transaction Accounting is responsible for leading SEVEN's transactional accounting function, specifically Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable / Revenue.<br> The role oversees the centralized AP and AR teams, ensures accurate and timely processing of all payable and revenue transactions across SEVEN's entertainment complexes, cinemas and corporate operations, drives revenue assurance, manages vendor relationships, and delivers operational excellence across all transactional finance processes.<br> Managerial Accountabilities: Key Accountability Areas Strategy and Planning.<br> Develop the Transaction Accounting objectives and scorecard in alignment with Finance objectives, covering AP throughput targets, AR collection performance, revenue reconciliation accuracy, and operational SLAs across SEVEN's complexes and corporate streams.<br> Stakeholders’ Relations.<br> Act as SEVEN’s representative with internal and external audit to ensure compliance with external standards and SEVEN policies.<br> Maintain good working relationships with the key stakeholders within and outside the SEVEN including QIC group finance.<br> Governance and Resilience.<br> Develop Transaction Accounting policies and procedures — covering AP processing, payment authorization, revenue recognition, ZATCA compliance and AR collections — and monitor implementation to ensure operational excellence across SEVEN's complex and corporate finance streams.<br> People Management.<br> Direct employee performance management processes within Transaction Accounting in alignment with the HR policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement for employees’ performance.<br> Functional Accountabilities: Accounting.<br> Direct all accounts payable activities with outsource partners: Direct the recording and management of advance payments and prepaid expenses, ensuring proper validation of recording invoices and balance confirmation with the vendors Direct the recording and management of petty cash and corporate credit cards records Direct the process of entry and reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy of Accounts Payable transactions and ongoing integrity to (GL) as per the organization’s policies Direct the management of invoice aging reports Direct the periodic review and variance analysis to detect deviations and unusual operations.<br> Direct all accounts receivables activities: Direct the process of preparation, recording, and verification of accounts receivable documentation to maintain accuracy at all times Direct the revenue function and business units to follow applicable revenue policies and guidelines Direct the process of entry and reconciliation, ensuring all revenues are billed and quality service rendered to both internal and external stakeholders Direct all financial transactions needed for commercial promotions, discounts and commissions.<br> Direct cash collection oversight including daily review of cash reconciliations from BU Finance teams at the complexes and escalation of discrepancies to the Finance Manager Direct monitoring and reporting of leasing revenue from F&B tenancies and commercial leases, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition policies Direct ZATCA e-invoicing compliance for all AR transactions, ensuring timely and accurate submission of invoices in line with Phase 2 requirements Direct revenue assurance controls including review of system-generated reconciliations, variance identification, and escalation to IT and Operations for resolution Direct daily reconciliation of revenue across all POS systems (VGS, Micros, Vista) to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue recognition across SEVEN's entertainment complexes Direct the preparation of aging report and recording of allowance journal entry KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent as a minimum.<br> Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is preferred.<br> Professional Certifications Professional certificate in Finance or Accounting certification (i.<br>e. <p><strong>Role Purpose</strong><br> We are looking for an experienced Operational Finance Controller to join our Finance team in Dammam. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day financial control of operational activities, ensuring that revenue, costs, job transactions and supporting documentation are accurately recorded and properly reflected in the accounts.</p><br>
<p><br> The successful candidate will manage a team responsible for operational finance activities and will work closely with Operations and the wider Finance team to ensure transactions are captured on a timely basis, costs are correctly allocated, jobs are accurately costed and financial discrepancies are identified and resolved quickly.</p><br>
<p><br> This is a hands-on operational finance role requiring strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, leadership capability and the ability to work with high volumes of operational transactions.</p><br>

<strong>Candidate Requirements</strong><br> Experience<br> • Minimum 5–7 years' experience in operational finance, management accounting, financial control or a similar role.<br> • Strong experience in day-to-day accounting and financial control.<br> • Proven experience managing, supervising or leading a finance team.<br> • Previous experience working in the GCC is preferred.<br> • Experience in logistics, transportation, construction, heavy equipment, facilities management or another operational/project-based environment is highly advantageous.<br> • Strong experience with job costing, accruals, WIP, reconciliations and month-end accounting.</p><br>
