<p>Product validation, component quality and installation support</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Degree or diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 4+ years in hardware QA, validation, test, or field engineering.</p><p>Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting electronic devices; experience with GNSS/GPS, cellular modems, and CAN-bus/OBD-II hardware is a strong advantage.</p><p>Ability to read schematics, datasheets, and wiring diagrams, and to use standard lab and diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic/diagnostic tools).</p><p>Solid understanding of electronic component quality, common failure modes, and inspection techniques.</p><p>Experience defining test procedures, acceptance criteria, and quality documentation.</p><p>Comfortable driving quality issues, RMAs, and corrective actions through to resolution with manufacturers.</p><p>Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide, train, and support installation technicians in the field.</p>
