Overall Purpose of Role To lead and coordinate day to day construction execution on site, acting as the right hand to the Construction Manager and ensuring pipeline and associated facility works are delivered safely, on schedule, and in full accordance with approved engineering drawings, specifications, and Saudi Aramco standards. The role supports the Construction Manager in translating project plans into field execution, providing technical and supervisory oversight across all onshore construction work fronts including ROW works, trenching, welding, lifting, lowering-in, hydrotesting, tie-ins, and SIMOPS, while driving productivity, quality, and safety performance.<br>Primary Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities:<br>Construction Execution & Site Supervision Plan, sequence, and supervise daily construction activities across all work fronts to meet project schedule targets. Act as the Construction Manager's primary site representative, ensuring instructions and priorities are executed by subcontractors and crews. Coordinate work-front resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to maintain progress and resolve site bottlenecks.
