Assist in maintaining consistency of structural engineering standards and expectations across multiple projects.<br><br>Profile/Skills<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design and design review. Strong design consultancy background in structural engineering. Extensive experience in railway and/or metro projects is mandatory. Experience working on major transportation infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders and interfaces. Gulf and/or Saudi Arabia experience is required. Strong understanding of structural design standards, engineering coordination, and technical review processes. Experience reviewing consultant submissions and working within a client, PMC, or similar project oversight environment is an advantage. Ability to assess technical proposals, identify risks, and support resolution of complex structural issues. Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
