Key Responsibilities Supervise daily motor and alternator rewinding activities across low-, medium-, and high-voltage equipment. Oversee the complete rewinding process, including inspection, recording winding data, coil preparation, winding installation, connections, insulation, impregnation, curing, and testing. Diagnose winding failures, resolve technical problems, and provide hands-on guidance on complex repairs.
