<p>The Investor Relations Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the logistics and information aspects of investor roadshows, meetings and events, maintaining the investor knowledge base and supporting the development and execution of the investor engagement program. Tasks and Responsibilities: Manage the logistical and on-the-day support for key events including quarterly results and capital markets days. Support the start to finish process of producing market / results announcements, investor presentation presentations and external investor communications. Develop strong working relationships with key buy-side investors to promote IR best practice in terms of business knowledge, access to key management and responsiveness in answering investor and analyst questions. Support the production of internal investor relations reports for senior management and the Board. Working collaboratively with the Senior Manager, Investor Relations, develop a deep understanding of sell-side analysts financial models, assumptions, and maintain internal analyst consensus model.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Experience: 3-5 years of experience Banking field is preferred.</p>
