<p>About the Role</p>

<p>Botanica is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Associate Director – Commercial to lead revenue growth, business development, sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships across our diverse horticulture and landscaping business.</p>
<p>This role will play a critical part in scaling the business, strengthening market presence, and driving sustainable profitability across landscaping, nursery operations, plant maintenance, soil products, indoor plants, and floral services.</p>

<li>10–15 years of experience in commercial, sales, business development, or related leadership roles.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management position.</li>
<li>Experience within landscaping, horticulture, agriculture, nursery operations, or a related industry is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic client relationships.</li>
<li>Strong experience in contract management, tendering, and commercial negotiations.</li>
<li>Experience working with large-scale projects, B2B clients, and government entities.</li>
