Role Overview The Sr. Landscape Architect is responsible for overseeing, reviewing, and coordinating landscape design and site implementation to ensure compliance with approved masterplans, detailed drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role bridges design intent and site execution, ensuring constructability, quality, sustainability, and coordination with all disciplines on mega construction projects.<br>Key Responsibilitieslandscape design implementation from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with approved vision, regulations, client requirements, and sustainability goals. Review and validate landscape masterplans, detailed drawings, specifications, calculations, and planting schedules for compliance and constructability. Manage and coordinate landscape work packages throughout design development and construction stages, resolving site and design issues proactively. Review contractor submissions including shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and samples related to landscape works. Respond to RFIs and provide technical clarifications to support site execution and maintain program alignment. Prepare technical reports, gap analyses, value engineering proposals, and optimization recommendations to enhance performance and constructability. Support CSC inspectors during inspections, snagging, de-snagging, and handover activities. Verify progress, quantities, and milestones related to landscape works and contribute to project reporting and as-built documentation.<br>Design & Technical Control Ensure alignment between IFC drawings, BIM models, and site installations. Identify design clashes, constructability issues, and propose technically sound solutions.
