<ul><li><p>Manufacture and install aluminum kitchen cabinets according to approved drawings and site measurements.</p></li><li><p>Cut, drill, assemble and finish aluminum profiles, panels and cabinet components accurately.</p></li><li><p>Fabricate base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall units, drawers and other kitchen units.</p></li><li><p>Install hinges, drawer channels, handles, glass, accessories and kitchen hardware.</p></li><li><p>Read technical drawings, measurements and cutting lists.</p></li><li><p>Carry out site measurements when required and ensure accurate installation.</p></li><li><p>Level and align cabinets, adjust doors and drawers, and complete finishing work professionally.</p></li><li><p>Inspect completed work and correct any manufacturing or installation defects.</p></li><li><p>Use cutting machines, drills and hand tools safely and correctly.</p></li><li><p>Maintain high-quality workmanship and minimize material waste.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in aluminum kitchen cabinet fabrication and installation.</p><ul><li><p>Must have specific experience in aluminum kitchens and cabinets. Experience limited to aluminum doors and windows is not sufficient.</p></li><li><p>Able to independently handle fabrication, assembly, finishing and site installation.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of aluminum profiles, cabinet panels, hinges, drawer systems and kitchen accessories.</p></li><li><p>Able to read drawings and take accurate site measurements.</p></li><li><p>Skilled in cutting, drilling, assembly, alignment and final finishing.</p></li><li><p>Technical diploma or vocational training is preferred, but practical experience and workmanship are more important.</p></li><li><p>Hardworking, quality-focused and able to work as part of a team.</p></li></ul>

<ol><li><p>Review architectural, interior, BOQ, specifications, and scope-of-work documents.</p></li><li><p>Prepare accurate quantities for <strong>ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, and finishes</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Prepare detailed <strong>BOQs and project cost estimates</strong> covering materials, labour, equipment, and overheads.</p></li><li><p>Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate commercial quotations from <strong>joinery, glass, flooring, MEP, and other subcontractors</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Attend <strong>job explanation, site inspection, and post-tender clarification meetings</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and evaluate <strong>variation orders</strong>, revised BOQs, and variation scopes.</p></li><li><p>Identify and propose <strong>Value Engineering (VE)</strong> options to optimize project cost.</p></li><li><p>Conduct site measurements and inspections when required.</p></li><li><p>Update bills of materials and BOQs based on approved design/client changes.</p></li><li><p>Support project handover from the estimation team to the site team after award.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong <strong>commercial and contractual awareness</strong> and provide effective reporting and negotiation support.</p></li></ol><p><br><br></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimation for Interior, Joinery, or Fit-Out projects.</p></li><li><p>BE/B.Arch/Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or related qualification is essential</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office, particularly Excel.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of project documentation and contract conditions.</p></li><li><p>Practical knowledge of Value Engineering and cost optimisation.</p></li><li><p>Experience with estimation/costing software such as Candy is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Professional certification in Quantity Surveying is an added advantage.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of P&L and project cash flow is desirable.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.</p></li></ul>
