As we continue expanding our footprint, our goal is to make excellent veterinary care more accessible to communities across Saudi Arabia.<br>About the Role<br>This is a full-time, on-site Reception role based at the MyPet Clinic branch in Riyadh. The Reception & Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing appointment scheduling. The role includes handling client check-in and check-out, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with the veterinary and nursing teams to support smooth patient flow. The person in this role will also promote clinic services and products, explain treatment plans and preventive care options, and assist with in-clinic sales of medications, pet care products, and service packages. Daily responsibilities include performing general reception and clerical duties, keeping the reception area organized and welcoming, and providing empathetic and professional support to clients and their pets.<br>Responsibilities<br>Greeting visitors and answering phone calls Responding to inquiries and managing appointment scheduling Handling client check-in and check-out Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Coordinating with the veterinary and nursing teams to support smooth patient flow Promoting clinic services and products Explaining treatment plans and preventive care options Assisting with in-clinic sales of medications, pet care products, and service packages Performing general reception and clerical duties Keeping the reception area organized and welcoming Providing empathetic and professional support to clients and their pets<br>Qualifications<br>Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients in person and over the phone. Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and handling inquiries efficiently. Solid clerical skills, including data entry, appointment scheduling, record keeping, and basic administrative support. Sales aptitude, with the ability to explain and promote clinic services, products, and preventive care programs in a clear and ethical manner. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong attention to detail. Comfort working around animals and their owners, with a calm and reassuring communication style in stressful situations. Basic computer proficiency and experience with office software. Experience with clinic or practice management systems is an advantage. Previous experience in a reception, customer-facing, healthcare, veterinary, or medical setting is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in customer service, administration, or veterinary support is a plus. Fluency in English is required.
