The Merchandiser is responsible for managing inventory planning, stock allocation, replenishment, and performance analysis across multiple luxury watch and jewellery boutiques. Operating across six brands in KSA and Abu Dhabi, the role supports business growth by ensuring optimal stock coverage, driving sell-through performance, and acting as a key liaison between brand partners, retail teams, and management. Responsibilities Sales & Market Analysis Analyse sales figures, market trends, and client behaviour to identify product needs and forecast demand. Track the status of brand orders, ensuring goods are received on time as per launch schedules. Produce and present accurate sales projections, reports, and performance dashboards. Monitor sales performance against budget, prior month, and prior year, sharing regular updates with management. Identify bestsellers, fast-moving, and slow-moving items across all locations, recommending actions where necessary. Inventory Management Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability across all boutique locations. Manage stock allocation and replenishment across locations in line with brand guidelines and sales performance. Manage stock transfers between boutiques based on sales trends and store performance. Proactively identify overstock, coverage gaps, and slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions. Display & Visual Merchandising Coordinate with brands and retail teams to implement visual merchandising guidelines in boutiques. Support product launches and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and in-boutique experience. Brand & Partner Relations Liaise with brands on product allocations, orders, and returns. Coordinate with the Head of Brands and Area Managers on product launches, replenishment planning, and stock performance. Ensure the right product is in the right location at the right time, in alignment with brand strategy. Retail & Client Support Support boutique teams with product knowledge from a stock and availability perspective. Collaborate with retail teams on client-driven replenishment and product feedback to support sell-through and high-value client needs. Ensure the retail environment supports an excellent client experience. Strategy & Planning Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies across multiple brands and locations. Prepare and analyse replenishment reports and communicate findings with the Head of Brands and boutique teams. Plan product ranges and prepare sales and stock plans in coordination with Brand Area Managers. Manage budgets and contribute to sales forecasting and planning processes. Reports to and receives direction from the Head of Brands. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a merchandising role. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to forecast and plan effectively. Excellent reporting, data analysis, and stock management skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multi-brand and multi-location teams. Job Purpose The Chief Surveyor is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all surveying activities related to construction and infrastructure projects.
