<p>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE </p><br><p>The production administration controller is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to each production disciplines (Structural, Piping, Mechanical, E&I, Commissioning, Coating, Scaffolding) where he belongs to within the organization, by performing data management and entry in the company’s software systems of the personnel related data, various requests (Annual Leave, OT, travel request, transport request, etc) and documents circulated according to IMI document management policies. He is an integral part of the production department team, contributing to the efficient and organized operation of the department he belongs to. He will be liase with IFS and IT team for any system trouble shooting. He is responsible for communicating directly with all the industrial supervisors and workers on site managing day-to-day issues. Due to the language barrier in production, he must be able to speak Indian language (Hindi) because majority of the workforce is from India. </p><br><p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><br><p>• To receive/collect, multiply, keep record and distribute to the personnel within his department the official documents delivered to department by IMI official channels. </p><br><p> • Receives, files and keep record, scans and distribute through established digital channels (IFS, AVEVA ERP, mail, others) personnel related documents such as leave requests, medical records, and medical letters, travel requests and other types of personal documents delivered by Supervisors, Production Engineers, Superintendents. </p><br><p> • Receive from Supervisors daily attendance sheets and centralize them at department level. Scan, file and record such attendance sheets for further use. </p><br><p> • Receives from Supervisors daily allocation of personnel per projects and issues weekly, monthly, or as requested, centralized allocation time sheets per project for PM and cost control purposes. </p><br><p> • Print, multiply and distribute projects related documents and documentation when requested by engineers from his/her department.
