Key Responsibilities</p><p>Project Cost Tracking: Collect, record, and track all cost components related to real estate projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.</p><p>Cost Center Management: Establish, update, and monitor dedicated cost centers for every project and individual work item.</p><p>Variance & Financial Control: Perform continuous budget versus actual comparisons ($Budget vs. Actual$), analyze variances, and submit actionable financial recommendations to leadership.</p><p>Subcontractor Payment Verification: Verify and validate all invoices and payment certificates submitted by subcontractors, aligning them strictly with actual project completion percentages.</p><p>Tendering & BOQ Support: Assist in preparing bid evaluations, pricing structures, and Bill of Quantities verification ($BOQ Pricing$).</p><p>System Reconciliations: Prepare and process precise project cost entries, ensuring full reconciliation within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform.</p><p>Project Close-Out Reporting: Compile and finalize detailed, comprehensive final cost reports upon the completion and delivery of each project.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Education: BA/Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance; a CMA certification is a strong plus.</p><p>Experience: 7+ years of cost accounting experience.</p><p>Industry Background: Must have worked in a similar position within a Real Estate Development or Contracting company. Former exposure to manufacturing/factory cost accounting is considered a major plus.</p><p>Languages: Native Arabic speaker with Very Good English communication skills.</p><p>Location & Hiring Status: Inside KSA only (Local transfer); candidate must be available to join immediately or within 30 days.</p><p></p></section>
