Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer – Marble Projects, based in Riyadh.<br>The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing the sales process for marble supply, fabrication, and installation projects. Key responsibilities include:Identifying and developing new project-sales opportunities. Building relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, kitchen companies, and project owners. Conducting client meetings and regular visits to offices, showrooms, and project sites. Understanding client requirements, drawings, specifications, quantities, materials, and project scope. Coordinating with the estimation, design, technical, production, and installation teams. Preparing and presenting quotations, proposals, samples, and alternative material solutions. Negotiating prices, commercial terms, and project scope to close sales. Following up on quotations, approvals, contracts, project progress, payments, and collections. Maintaining an accurate and updated sales pipeline, client database, forecasts, and activity reports. Achieving agreed sales targets. Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, project sales, or business development. Previous sales experience in marble, natural stone, marble vanities, kitchens, countertops, sanitary products, interior fit-out, or related construction products is strongly preferred. An engineering, architecture, or technical background is an advantage but not mandatory for candidates with strong relevant sales experience. Ability to understand drawings, measurements, BOQs, technical specifications, and project requirements. Strong lead-generation, client-development, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to coordinate accurate quotations with estimation and technical teams. Good communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English. Good knowledge of the Riyadh construction, interior-design, kitchen, and property-development markets is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow them through from initial inquiry to closing and collection. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Valid Saudi driving license and readiness to conduct regular client and site visits in Riyadh. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

<p>The opportunity The Site Operational Planning Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating site operational planning activities related to material readiness, site delivery coordination, drop shipment management, and NCR planning follow-up to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
