POSITION SUMMARYStaff Asset and Reliability Engineer is a high-level technical position foundational to the operation and maintenance of the facilities. NATURE & SCOPE<br>Staff Asset and Reliability Engineer drives improvements in asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle management. This role is key to ensuring our critical equipment and systems perform optimally while minimizing downtime and maximizing return on investment. This engineer combines deep technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver asset management and reliability engineering best practices, support maintenance strategies, and mentor junior engineers.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br>Asset Management:Lead asset lifecycle planning including acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal strategies. Develop and maintain the asset register and criticality rankings. Analyze asset performance data to identify trends, optimize performance, and extend asset life. Collaborate with finance and operations to develop capital and replacement plans.<br>Reliability Engineering:Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA). Develop, review, and refine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using RCM principles. Implement reliability improvement projects for critical assets and systems. Proficiency in RCA, RCM, REX, FMEA/FMECA, Weibull analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance tools, maintenance data analysis and reporting methods. Safety-conscious with strong knowledge of maintenance and safety consensus standards and best practices. Familiar with regulatory and environmental compliance requirements. The project integrates renewable solar, wind, and storage power to produce green ammonia for global export, with operations scheduled to commence in 2026.<br>Position Summary The GHE ASU & Utilities Operation Shift Supervisor is a key member of the NGHC Operations & Maintenance team, responsible for leading the safe and reliable operation of the ASU & Utilities plants during the assigned shift. The role is responsible for building strong working relationships with maintenance personnel, control room operators, field operators, and plant managers while ensuring safe operations through effective work permit management and strict compliance with NGHC EH&S standards.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Operations Management Lead a team of 15–20 control room operators and field operators. As an Assistant Front Desk Manager, you will need to:<br>Planning and Organizing: Assist in preparing the Front Desk department budget. Develop and execute training programs for all Front Office team members. Oversee regular employee training sessions and track their effectiveness, covering IT systems and guest-service protocols. Be knowledgeable of the Property Management and Call Centre computer systems.<br>Operations Supervise the operations of all departmental employees, facilities, sales, and costs to achieve maximum departmental revenue. Responsible for maximizing quality levels of product, personalized service, and exceeding guest expectation. Maintain up-to-date departmental SOP’s/LSOP’s and make them accessible to all employees for reference, revision, and updates as needed. Be a sales champion for the hotel, by creating and pursuing business referrals, potential sales leads and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue. Personally oversee and drive the upselling at the property. Keep track and monitor the daily arrivals and address VIP or special requests promptly. Collaborate with housekeeping, room service, and guest relations as needed to fulfill requests. Lead by example through a hands-on approach to motivate and inspire team members. Offer coaching and counseling, along with support and guidance to the employees as needed. Ensure the team members are up to date with current information and data of the hotel products, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets & promotion, spa and health club, and other services and facilities. Conduct regular room and floor inspections to ensure quality standards, complete necessary Engineering Job Order or housekeeping cleaning requests and monitor the results. Offer aid to local representatives of tour operators and travel agencies.
