Lead, train, and mentor onboard and shore-based maintenance personnel, ensuring technical competency, safety awareness, and compliance with company standards. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements to maintenance processes. Support emergency response planning and participate in drills, ensuring equipment reliability during critical situations.<br>Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, with demonstrated experience serving as a Chief Engineer Minimum 8–10 years of progressively responsible maintenance experience in offshore or marine industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role on jack-up barges Strong technical knowledge of barge systems, including engines, generators, jacking systems, cranes, ballast systems, and auxiliary equipment. About the role:Seeking an experienced Elevator Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor with minimum 4 years of progressive, successful experience in Elevator Company to prepare, ensure, and control implementation and maintenance plans of Mitsubishi in order to deliver projects within the allocated budget, quality and safety standards.<br>Key responsibilities:Plan weekly/monthly maintenance schedule and the required manpower for upcoming projects.
