About the Company<br>We are hiring an HVAC Technician to support the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems within building facilities.<br>About the Role<br>This role is suitable for a technician with hands-on experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, HVAC maintenance, MEP projects. The candidate must have practical experience in building facilities, not only installation or construction work.<br>Responsibilities<br><br>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems in building facilities. Inspect HVAC systems and equipment regularly and report findings. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC mechanical and electrical faults. Work on DX and chilled water systems, including split units, packaged units, ducted split systems, VRV/VRF, AHU, FCU, CAV/VAV, and related HVAC equipment. The role will be responsible for transforming operational and project data into actionable insights that improve productivity, resource utilization, cost and schedule performance, and overall <br>Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide SCCS performance management frameworks, KPIs, and performance measurement standards. Analyze project and operational data to identify productivity gaps, bottlenecks, resource inefficiencies, performance trends, and improvement opportunities. Monitor and analyze productivity across construction activities, work cells, equipment, and workforce utilization. Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, performance reports, and data-driven insights to support management decision-making. Lead Pulse & Wave performance reporting, monitoring project stability, productivity, resource leveling, and execution performance. Integrate and analyze data from project controls, ERP, planning, BIM, equipment, and other operational systems to ensure accurate and reliable performance reporting. Develop productivity benchmarks and analyze actual vs. standard productivity to identify areas for operational improvement. Conduct performance reviews and collaborate with Construction Management, Project Controls, Planning, Equipment, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and IT teams. Strong experience in performance analytics, productivity analysis, KPI management, and operational reporting. Strong understanding of construction operations and project performance, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or mega projects. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, dashboards, and data analysis tools. Experience with Primavera P6, ERP systems, Oracle Analytics, or similar project and enterprise systems is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of data modeling, trend analysis, forecasting, productivity benchmarking, and KPI architecture. Experience integrating data from multiple systems and translating complex data into actionable business insights. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Master’s degree is preferred.
