Position Summary</p><p>The Geological Camp Manager is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of a remote geological exploration camp supporting gold exploration activities. The Senior Product Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing new products, overseeing product enhancements, and conducting research and development activities to improve operational performance. Daily tasks include analyzing product designs for cost-efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting issues in the production process to optimize performance.<br>Key Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:-Design Development & Product Engineering<br>Lead and execute design development activities for gate valves, hammer unions, OCTG products, API wellhead and pressure control equipment, and wireline tools. Manage Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities, including product data governance, engineering change workflows, and lifecycle documentation. Issue engineering change orders, technical circulars, and controlled document updates to communicate design changes across the organization.<br>Product Management & Customer Support<br>Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer enquiries, product applications, and technical clarifications. Prepare and review technical proposals, quotations, and bid documentation in coordination with the Commercial team. The Floor Supervisor coordinates daily Villa cleaning, inspections, and special requests, working closely with Front of House, Engineering, Laundry, and every department to deliver immaculate, comfortable, and personalized accommodation for every guest.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Supervise and support Room Attendants and Housemen on assigned floors, ensuring efficient and high-quality room cleaning.</li><li>Allocate daily room and section assignments based on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and staffing levels.</li><li>Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate priorities, VIP rooms, special requests, and quality focus areas.</li><li>Provide on-the-job coaching, corrective feedback, and recognition to build a motivated, high-performing team.</li><li>Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new housekeeping colleagues assigned to guest floors.</li><li>Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.</li><li>Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level daily following the LQA and Brand standards in every task daily</li><li>Perform Go Audit and Uniforms for inspections of guestrooms, suites, and corridors to verify cleanliness, setup, amenities, and maintenance.</li><li>Check VIP, long-stay, and special-attention rooms personally to ensure impeccable presentation and correct amenities.</li><li>Verify that all guest supplies (amenities, linen, towels, collateral) are correctly placed, in good condition, and replenished according to standards.</li><li>Ensure corridors, service areas, and guest lift lobbies on the floor are clean, tidy, and free of equipment and clutter.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest requests and preferences related to room service, extra amenities, pillows, and other special needs.</li><li>Work closely with Front of House regarding room status, walk in rooms, early arrivals, late check-outs, and room moves.</li><li>Coordinate with Engineering to report, follow up, and close maintenance issues (AC, plumbing, lights, equipment) in guestrooms and corridors.</li><li>Communicate with Laundry regarding linen needs, special items, and any quality concerns.</li><li>Work with Security on matters related to room access, Do Not Disturb rooms, lost-and-found items, and safety incidents on the floor.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely updating of room status (clean, inspected, out-of-order, out-of-service) in the PMS.</li><li>Prepare or review daily reports (room assignment sheets, inspection lists, discrepancy reports) and take corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Ensure all Housekeeping colleagues follow safe working practices, correct lifting techniques, and proper hygiene protocols.</li><li>Remove soil, dirt, soap build-up and hair from bath Villa mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet, shower walls, bathtub, shower curtain and floor.</li><li>Enforce hygiene protocols in guest rooms and service areas, paying special attention to high-touch surfaces and sanitation standards.</li><li>Make sure fire exits, stairwells, and emergency routes connected to the floor are always accessible and free from obstruction.</li><li>Ensure team knowledge and readiness for emergency procedures, including guest evacuation on assigned floors.</li><li>Replace facial, toilet tissue and bath Villa amenities in correct amount and location.</li><li>Inspect condition of bathrobes and replace soiled/damaged ones.</li><li>Remove dirty bed linen and make up bed with clean linen.</li><li>Replace laundry bags and slips.</li><li>Clean closets and door tracks on check-out rooms, removing dust and debris.</li><li>Ensure correct amount and placement of hangers, extra blanket/pillow and luggage rack.</li><li>Dust and polish all furniture.</li><li>Realign furniture to floor plan.</li><li>Open all drawers/doors in check-out rooms and remove items left by guest guests inside.</li><li>Check under bed(s), chairs and sofa for debris and remove if present.</li><li>Inspect condition of all furniture for tears, rips or stains; report any damages to the supervisor.</li><li>Remove all dust, debris and foreign particles from upholstered furniture including crevices and under cushions.</li><li>Remove dust and debris on television, VCR, clock radio, remote control and cable box.</li><li>Set correct time on clock;
