The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.<br>EXPERIENCE:Requires minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Data Center. Have experience in MEP equipment specifications, performance requirements, operating conditions, redlines, and site configurations, as well as startup/shutdown, LOTO and isolation. Job Title: Low Voltage (LV) Electrician Department: Electrical<br><br>Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Electrician to perform electrical installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities for building facilities and low-voltage systems below 500V. The role requires practical experience in electrical wiring networks, lighting systems, distribution panels, testing equipment, and electrical safety procedures within operations and maintenance environments<br>.<br>Key Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain low-voltage electrical wiring networks. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of lighting fixtures and electrical accessories. Identify electrical faults and complete the required corrective maintenance. Inspect electrical wiring, connections, panels, and equipment for safety and operational condition. Use electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and correctly. Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities as assigned. Follow electrical safety procedures and use the required personal protective equipment. Report identified faults, safety concerns, and maintenance requirements to the supervisor. Maintain punctuality, discipline, and compliance with site procedure<br>s.<br>Qualifications Technical diploma, certificate, or recognized vocational qualification in electricity or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- • Monitor shop floor giving same importance to the Safety as production output
• Review drawings, order release form and demonstrate effectively to the supervisors or team leader.
• Prepare and improve Work Instruction, Risk Assessment for major manufacturing utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards
• Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
• Coordinate with Planning and Stores for material movement and execution of the plan
• Review and update daily Work Orders released by Planning
• Ensure the efficient execution of all services in compliance with the order release form and work closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement
• Update raw material consumption and analyze the performance daily
• Report machine breakdown and coordinate with Facility to ensure machines/equipment are available for production
• Monitor and analyze performance of men and machines
• Lead by example, train and guide the production team of 100+ employees
• Prepare and update ISO documentations/SOP for production
• Participate and motivate employees for tool box meeting with the team and related departments
• Effective participation in 5S, and any Quality and HSE initiatives
