Headquartered in Riyadh, Tasnee is seeking a <strong >Process Safety Engineer</strong> to join its team in Al Jubail. This full-time position reports directly to the Superintendent, Loss Control.</p> <h3 >Role Summary</h3> <p >The Process Safety Engineer supports the development and implementation of safety processes and procedures. Job Title: Planning Engineer – E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC Construction Job Description Position Summary:NSH Saudi is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer – E&I for Oil & Gas EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting all Electrical & Instrumentation activities to ensure project milestones are achieved within the approved schedule and budget. Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for E&I works using Primavera P6. Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and look-ahead schedules. Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against planned activities. Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions. Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization for E&I activities. Track procurement and material delivery schedules related to E&I works. Prepare progress measurement reports, S-curves, histograms, and productivity reports. Participate in project review meetings and provide schedule updates. Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and company procedures. Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.5–10 years of planning experience in Oil & Gas EPC construction projects. Minimum 3–5 years of Gulf experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation construction activities. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Good knowledge of project scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, and cost control. Familiarity with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, ADNOC, or major Oil & Gas project standards is an advantage. Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Preferred Experience:Experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects.
