About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Network Engineer with hands-on experience in switching technologies to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate has practical, day-to-day experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise LAN switching environments.<br>Key Responsibilities Configure, implement, and maintain LAN switching infrastructure, including VLANs, trunking (802.1Q), STP/RSTP/MSTP, Ether Channel, and inter-VLAN routing. Troubleshoot Layer 2 issues (loops, broadcast storms, connectivity failures) and provide L1/L2 network support. Implement switch-port security (port security, DHCP snooping, dynamic ARP inspection).
