<li><span>Qualified in 16th Edition of Electrical Installation Standards</span></li>
<li><span>5 years’ experience of maintaining electrical plant and machinery in an industrial environment Exposure to and knowledge of industrial generators, refrigeration equipment, water treatment systems, fixed and mobile plant. </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span>Tasks:</span></strong></p><br><br>

<li><span>Knowledge of designing and implementing preventive maintenance and stock control</span></li>
<li><span>Implement planned maintenance programs for all services provided by the Engineering Department to avoid the loss of production due to breakdowns. </span></li>
<li><span>Approve the design of power distribution and services on all new projects to ensure the suitability of power supply and the standardization of equipment throughout the Division.</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor and control inventory levels of spare parts (except Parlour) within Farming division to achieve the levels agreed with GM Farming</span></li>
<li><span> Develop and train all employees within the Engineering Department through internal or external courses to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to repair and maintain all equipment and utility services required by the Farming Division</span></li>
<li><span>Design, specify and select equipment and systems that meet or exceed safety standards as laid down in the Almarai Health and Safety Manual or internationally recognized standards (i.e. European or American) to provide a safe work</span></li>

<p><span>Lead a team to ensure the timely and effective provisioning of orders, purchase, delivery, receipt storage and issue of all spare parts and equipment in line with Inventory Control Procedures and in a safe manner within laid down quality standards providing management with all necessary information and reports as specified.</span></p><br><br>
<p><span><br><strong>Key responsibilities: </strong></span></p><br><br>

<li><span>Ensures product availability, accuracy, compliance with Almarai Standards for Dairy, Bakery, & etc for all OBL locations in time for loading</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor and maintain Inventory Integrity by monitoring Outbound Warehouse storage/ systems capacity and utilization</span></li>
<li><span>Investigates Inventory discrepancies by comparing orders against actual production output </span></li>
<li><span>Ensures that all orders/ STO are allocated and covered in the load plans of all Outbound Whse</span></li>
<li><span>Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Transport planning, Production planning, ATOMS, EWM to resolve inventory related issues</span></li>
<li><span>Continuous simulation & planning of daily load plans of dairy, bakery, & etc. to enhance processes, productivity, and warehouse efficiency </span></li>

<p><strong>About the Role: </strong>To enforce compliance of the QSHE management systems within the region to satisfy the needs of consumers and customers by implementing QSHE strategies, standards, policies and procedures.</p><br><br>

<li>Assist in Implementing (QSHE) Quality, Safety, Health & Environment Management System to meet and exceed the customer and consumer expectations.</li>
<li>Assist with the identification of business risks along with the implementation of divisional QSHE strategies to minimize any potential serious threats to business.</li>
<li>Carry out internal audits across all regional functions in line with the QSHE management systems, identify opportunities for improvements and make recommendations for suitable corrective actions.</li>
<li>Assist in the incident investigations by conducting root cause analysis, implement suitable corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Manage consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, recalls and Municipality issues.</li>
<li>Conduct Regional technical training across all functional staffs with regards to QSHE strategies, policies and procedures.</li>
