Our 93,000 employees operate a network of 2,600 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world.<br><br><br><br>Job Description<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Supervise all quality control activities and inspections related to mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, and instrumentation works on the offshore site.<br><br>Ensure compliance with Aramco standards (SAEPs, SAICs, SAMSSs) and project-specific QA/QC plans.<br><br>Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material inspection reports.<br><br>Conduct joint inspections with the client (Aramco) and prepare necessary documentation for approval.<br><br>Monitor the implementation of approved welding procedures, NDT, coating, and material traceability programs.<br><br>Coordinate with the construction team to ensure timely inspection and release of work.<br><br>Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.<br><br>Manage and mentor QC inspectors across various disciplines.<br><br>Prepare and submit daily/weekly QC progress reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs).<br><br>Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation for quality issues.<br><br>Support QA Manager in internal and external audits.<br><br>Ensure that all offshore quality control documentation is properly recorded and traceable.<br><br><br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical).<br><br>Aramco Approval as QC Supervisor or Engineer (valid and verifiable).<br><br>Minimum 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in the oil & gas EPC industry, with at least 5 years in offshore projects.<br><br>Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, API, ISO, and ASTM standards.<br><br>Experience with offshore structures, piping, mechanical equipment installation, and coatings inspection.<br><br>Familiarity with Aramco documentation systems (QMIS / SAIC / ITP formats).<br><br>Valid Offshore Safety & Survival (BOSIET / HUET) and Medical Fitness Certificates.<br><br>Proficient in MS Office and quality management systems.<br><br>Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.<br><br>Preferred Certifications:<br><br>CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI (for welding inspection)<br><br>ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification<br><br>Key Competencies:<br><br>Strong understanding of offshore safety and quality culture<br><br>Effective team leadership and coordination with multidisciplinary teams<br><br>Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities<br><br>Excellent communication and documentation skills<br><br><br><br>Additional Information<br><br>Please attach your CV, Technical Certificates, Approval Documents and relevant documents

The role requires a hands-on IT professional with strong leadership, troubleshooting, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.<br>Job Title: IT Team Lead – Site Manager Location: Umluj, Saudi Arabia Work Mode: On-site Commute: Approximately 1 hour from Umluj Vehicle: Own car is mandatory Experience: 5+Years<br>The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable IT operations and minimum downtime across a 24/7 / shift-based manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all day-to-day IT operations at the site. Supervise and support the on-site IT Support Engineer. Provide hands-on troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, and software. Manage basic network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and connectivity troubleshooting. Coordinate IT projects, implementations, and site-level technical activities. Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues, decisions, and escalations. Work closely with business users, project teams, and client stakeholders. Ensure IT systems and infrastructure support continuous manufacturing operations. Monitor and resolve incidents efficiently to minimize business downtime. Manage IT operations independently with minimal supervision in a remote site environment. Mandatory Requirements Proven experience as an IT Team Lead, IT Supervisor, IT Manager, or similar leadership role. Strong IT Operations and infrastructure support experience. Hands-on knowledge of Desktop Support, Servers, LAN, Wi-Fi, Switches, and Connectivity Troubleshooting. Experience in manufacturing, industrial plants, food manufacturing, laundry plants, or similar environments is highly preferred. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic is preferred. Ability to work independently at a remote site. Valid driving license and own vehicle are mandatory for daily commuting to the site.
