<ul>
<li>Design and improve the HSE Policies, procedures and instructions to be alligned with Saudi Labor Law and Civil Defense Requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct routine site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and unsafe practices.</li>
<li>Assist in developing and updating risk assessments, method statements, and job safety analyses.</li>
<li>Monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA, Saudi labor and Civil Defense requirements).</li>
<li>Support investigation of incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and help prepare reports with corrective actions.</li>
<li>Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.</li>
<li>Maintain HSE records, permits, training logs, and statistical reports.</li>
<li>Ensure proper use and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) and firefighting/emergency equipment.</li>
<li>Participate in emergency drills and support emergency response planning.</li>
<li>Promote environmental practices such as waste management and pollution control.</li>
<li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work execution.</li>
<li>All assined tasks that are required for business continuty.</li>

<li>Knowledge of HSE management systems and relevant local regulations.</li>
<li>Good observation, reporting, and risk-assessment skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and HSE reporting tools.</li>
<li>Ability to work on-site and respond to emergencies.</li>
