We are seeking an experienced Senior Voice Technologies Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise voice and collaboration platforms across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Meeting Server, Avaya Voice Solutions, and IP Telephony environments. Support capacity planning, performance tuning, and continuous improvement activities.<br>Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.5+ years of experience with Cisco and Avaya Voice Solutions. Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Voice Gateways, SIP Trunks, and Avaya Collaboration Platforms. Strong knowledge of VoIP, IP Telephony, SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP, and call flows. Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
