<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Prepare accurate weekly and monthly cost reports, including budget status, actual costs, commitments, forecasts, and variance analysis.</li>

<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Review purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, subcontractor commitments, and other project cost transactions.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Monitor subcontractor and supplier costs and ensure accurate allocation against approved budgets and cost codes.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Support the Project Management and Commercial teams in budget planning, cost optimization, and financial forecasting.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Coordinate with site and construction teams to verify project progress, quantities, productivity, and actual work performed.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Monitor variations, change orders, and revisions to approved project budgets, ensuring proper documentation and assessment of cost impacts.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Assist in preparing project cash-flow forecasts and updating cost-to-complete and estimate-at-completion figures.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Analyze project expenditure against physical progress and provide early warnings regarding potential cost overruns.</li>
