Job Description – Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer Position: Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer Key Responsibilities: Assist in site supervision and daily construction activities.
Support senior engineers in planning, design, and project execution.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Prepare reports, site records, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Perform other engineering tasks as assigned by the project manager or senior engineers.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work on construction sites and learn new skills.
