We are looking for a Cybersecurity Architecture Engineer (Resident Engineer) with strong hands-on experience in Service Now to support the client's cybersecurity architecture and security operations. This role requires an engineer who will be stationed at the client site, serving as the primary point of contact for managing cybersecurity workflows, requests, incidents, and change processes through Service Now while supporting cybersecurity architecture initiatives.<br>Key Responsibilities Act as the on-site cybersecurity resident engineer, supporting the client's cybersecurity architecture team. Manage and administer cybersecurity workflows using Service Now, including Incident, Change, Request, and Problem Management. Create, track, update, and close security-related tickets in Service Now while ensuring SLA compliance. Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams through Service Now to resolve security requests and incidents. Support security architecture implementation and operational activities. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports within Service Now. Assist in security assessments, change reviews, and implementation activities. Ensure cybersecurity processes are followed and properly documented using Service Now. Escalate complex technical issues to senior cybersecurity architects or engineering teams when necessary.<br>Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or security operations. Mandatory hands-on experience with Service Now, particularly:Incident Management Change Management Request Management Problem Management IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows Experience managing security operations and cybersecurity processes through Service Now. Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, enterprise security operations, and security architecture concepts. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facade works from design development through construction, ensuring that architectural, structural, MEP, and facade requirements are properly integrated and executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.</p><br>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate all facade-related activities between design consultants, architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site construction teams.</li><li>Review and coordinate facade shop drawings, architectural drawings, structural details, material specifications, and technical submittals.</li><li>Ensure proper integration of facade systems with structural elements, MEP services, waterproofing, and architectural finishes.</li><li>Review and resolve design and construction interface issues, discrepancies, and clashes.</li><li>Coordinate the preparation, submission, review, and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs.</li><li>Monitor facade installation activities on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with facade subcontractors and suppliers regarding materials, fabrication, delivery, installation, and technical issues.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate corrective actions for identified non-conformities.</li><li>Ensure facade works are executed in accordance with approved method statements, ITPs, quality requirements, and HSE procedures.</li><li>Coordinate mock-ups, sample approvals, testing, inspections, and performance testing of facade systems.</li><li>Monitor project progress and coordinate facade activities with the overall construction schedule.</li><li>Identify potential delays, technical constraints, and interface issues and escalate them to the Project Management team.</li><li>Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Assist in resolving technical queries and provide practical engineering solutions to site-related facade issues.</li><li>Review material quantities and assist with material procurement and delivery coordination.</li><li>Maintain proper records of drawings, technical submissions, inspections, approvals, and site instructions.</li><li>Support the preparation of as-built drawings and project close-out documentation.</li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.</li><li>Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in facade coordination, facade construction, or building construction.</li><li>Proven experience with facade systems, curtain walls, glazing, cladding, aluminium systems, stone, GRC/GFRC, and waterproofing interfaces.</li><li>Experience working with main contractors, facade subcontractors, consultants, or construction companies is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM and Navisworks is an advantage.</li><li>Good understanding of construction methodologies, quality requirements, and facade installation practices.</li><li>Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.</li></ul><p>Additional Info:</p><br><p>This is a Full-time job offering standard benefits such as paid annual leave, public holidays, living allowances, healthcare coverage, and end of service benefits.
