Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician / engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support across restaurant outlets in the KSA. This role involves supporting and maintaining a wide range of IT infrastructure and systems including POS, servers, desktop hardware, printers, network equipment, and security systems. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, responsive, and possess strong troubleshooting abilities with a customer-service mindset.<br>Key Responsibilities:1. Outlet IT Support:Provide first-line and second-line IT support across all outlets for hardware and software issues. Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems (e.g., Squirrel and Restroworks,), KOT, KDS, printers, and other peripherals. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows desktops, servers, and other IT systems.<br>2. Network & Infrastructure:Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connections. Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and telephone system connectivity at the outlet level. Install, maintain, and support CCTV systems, biometric devices, and access control solutions. Liaise with ISP providers and internal teams to resolve connectivity issues.<br>3. Application Support:Provide basic application-level support and guidance to users, including updates and installations. Work closely with Corporate IT teams to escalate and resolve system bugs or performance issues. Update IT hardware and Software Inventory and keep a record for employee /store wise assets.<br>4. Microsoft 365 Administration & Support Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, including O-365 , D-365 and Azure AD user lifecycle management, license optimization, role-based access control, other Microsoft business applications. Assist in implementing and maintaining security controls such as Conditional Access, identity protection, and device management using Microsoft Intune.<br>5. Preventive Maintenance & Documentation:Conduct regular health checks and preventive maintenance for all IT equipment. Maintain accurate documentation of assets, configurations, and incidents. Ensure all outlets comply with IT standards and security protocols.<br>6. On-Call & Remote Support:Provide on-call support during off-hours, weekends, and holidays as per rotation. Offer remote troubleshooting support using remote desktop tools or by phone. Deliver IT support for RSC, QCC, and warehouse locations. Ensure store staff are properly trained on POS and inventory applications.<br>Skills:Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting: POS systems, Microsoft Suits, servers, printers, KOT/KDS, desktops, etc. Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs). Hands-on experience with Windows OS (desktop & server), and Microsoft tools. Familiarity with firewalls, routers, switches (basic configuration & maintenance).
