<h3 >Role Context and Impact</h3>
<p >The MEP Engineer will support the inspection, maintenance, and performance optimization of MEP systems across SPARK's infrastructure and building assets. This includes tenant facilities, substations, pumping stations, utility corridors, and common areas. The role involves close collaboration with senior engineers, Facilities Management (FM) teams, and service providers to uphold high operational standards and system integrity.</p>
<h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li >Monitor the performance and operational status of MEP systems, including HVAC, water supply, drainage, fire protection, lighting, power distribution, and pumping stations.</li>
