<p>1. Technical Sales, Solution Design & Project Services Understand client requirements and translate them into accurate technical and commercial solutions. Prepare proposals for project services such as installation, maintenance, commissioning, manpower supply, or turnkey packages. Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and feasibility studies for servicebased projects. Develop scope of work (SOW), method statements, and service deliverables. Ensure all solutions comply with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. 2. Material Trading & Supply Operations Source, quote, and supply materials required for construction, MEP, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Prepare competitive material quotations with accurate pricing, lead times, and technical data sheets. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to secure best pricing and availability. Monitor market prices, availability, and competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Verify material specifications, certifications, and quality before dispatch. Manage repeat orders, bulk supply agreements, and longterm trading contracts. 3. Project Services Sales & Execution Support Promote and sell projectrelated services such as installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and AMC packages. Prepare service proposals, manpower estimates, and cost breakdowns. Coordinate with operations, engineering, and service teams to ensure accurate technical inputs. Support project execution teams with technical clarifications and client communication. Ensure smooth handover of service projects with complete documentation. 4. Client Relationship & Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and endusers. Act as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for both material supply and project services. Conduct product demos, service presentations, and technical workshops. Manage customer expectations and ensure high satisfaction throughout the sales and service cycle. Develop key accounts and expand business opportunities within existing clients. 5. Business Development & Market Expansion Identify new opportunities in material trading , project services , and technical solutions . Develop strategies to increase market share in targeted sectors. Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new product/service introductions. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote company offerings. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence. 6. Tendering, Estimation & Documentation Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for both materials and service projects. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, compliance sheets, and technical submittals. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and finance teams for pricing and technical inputs. Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up for approvals and clarifications. Maintain organized documentation for all quotations, submittals, and correspondence. 7. Negotiation & Deal Closure Lead technical and commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers. Present valuebased selling arguments to justify pricing and solution superiority. Finalize contracts, agreements, and scope of work for both material supply and service projects. Ensure smooth handover to project execution and procurement teams after deal closure. 8. CrossFunctional Coordination Work closely with procurement to source materials and evaluate vendor quotations. Support operations and project teams with technical clarifications and material/service specifications. Coordinate with finance for payment terms, credit limits, and commercial approvals. Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational capabilities. 9. Reporting, Forecasting & CRM Management Maintain accurate CRM records for opportunities, quotations, and client interactions. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. Track KPIs for material trading, project services, and technical sales performance. Provide market insights and feedback to management for strategic planning. 10. Continuous Learning & Market Knowledge Stay updated on new technologies, materials, and service methodologies. Attend vendor trainings, technical seminars, and product/service workshops.
